Disconnect the power cord before removing the freezer panel.

The leak could be coming from the water dispenser filter or the ice maker fill tube, but most likely the defrost drain trough is plugged with an ice blockage. When the unit goes into defrost cycle the water can not pass through the drain port and will run down below the freezer floor and into the fresh food section. I added an image of the parts diagram of your refrigerator to reference. In the first image, key#7 is the defrost drain trough which is located behind the rear freezer panel. The second image shows the rear panel(key#3), air tower (key#23), and the floor (key#25). The ice maker will need to removed in order to remove the rear freezer panel. The air tower and the rear panel will need to be removed to gain access the the ice blockage. Thaw the ice blockage out with hot water or a hair dryer. Carefull not to over heat any plastic causing it to warp.

I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your refrigerator.
