Kenmore HE3 washer

Kenmore HE3 mod# 110.44832 200 front load washer displays F02 after Drain/Spin cycle. Clothes are very wet and soapy, "SUD" at times is also displayed. The washer works ok when no soaps are added. Thanks Aldo

I see your washer is displaying the error codes SUD and F02. I have taken some time to research what both of those error codes mean and came across some very useful information. I have attache some links below which I believe will help you out. Hope this helps!

I'm sorry to hear about your washer stopping and displaying "F02". Based on your symptom and details you are most likely using too much detergent or using the wrong kind of detergents. Use only High Efficiency (HE) detergents if possible, otherwise it could cause oversudsing and the (F02) fault code. You could also have partial blockage in the drain pump causing the fault code too. I recommend removing the lower access panel and cleaning out the drain pump by removing the large item filter. I added an image below with instructions. Note: Be sure to have all the water drained and old bath towel handy when you remove the drain pump filter. Also, unplug the washer before you remove the lower access panel.
