Craftsman 580752060 pressure washer won't spray
I have a Craftsman 580752060 pressure washer. There are no clogs-water will spray out of the wand when the engine is not running. However, once the engine is started, water does not come out of the wand when the trigger is pulled. If the trigger is held in long enough, water starts coming out of the relief valve. When the engine is shut off, water does not come out of the wand at all. After a minute or so water will come out of the wand again when the trigger is pulled, but with the engine off. I assume there is some sort of valve that is not opening or closing when the pump is pressurized? I was on the Sears parts web site and noticed there are several separate kits that can be purchased for the pump. I'm hoping someone can direct me to which kit I should be ordering. Thank you.

The Managemylife web site is a good resource to find out what may be happening with your Pressure Washer. I did some research for you at Managemylife.com and found an excellent article that also has multiple expert answers at the bottom of the web page that addresses the most common questions that have been asked by other members. I hope this will help until your expert can answer your specific question. I attached the link below.

Most likely this is caused by a problem with the unloader valve. You can order kit number 202328GS to alleviate this problem. The kit will come with a complete unloader assembly, just make note of how each piece comes out so you can put everything back in the same order.
You can order that kit HERE .
Thank you for using Manage My Life!
