thank you for your question and i understand your concern.

based on the fault code "f21" if the drain pump is clean of debris and the drain pump is operating and pumping the water out, the "f21" could be displaying because the water level pressure switch is not detecting the water has been pumped out. if the pressure switch air hose is restricted; it could possibly cause the "f21" to display because air is trapped in the air hose or where the air hose connects to the air trap. the air trap is located at the rear of the tub near the bottom. if the small port the air hose is connected to is restricted, it could cause an intermittent "f21" fault code.

the "f21" will normally display if the drain time exceeds eight minutes and the drain pump will stop operating. pressing pause/cancel should turn the drain pump back on and drain providing the there are not restrictions between the tub hose and drain pump. you did not mention if the drain pump will operate or not. we need to make sure the drain pump is actually running and not just making a humming noise.

here is a list of the possible causes and procedures:

  1. check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
  2. unplug washer or disconnect power.
  3. check the drain pump filter for foreign objects, and also make sure the hose from the tub to the pump is not plugged or kinked.
  4. check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
  5. plug in washer or reconnect power.
  6. if the above does not correct the problem, go to step 7.
  7. unplug washer or disconnect power.
  8. replace the pump.

check the things i have covered here and if i may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
