Why am I not able to enter a model number or part number on the screen?

If you are not able to enter a model number or part number in the input fields (or if the input fields are not visible), there are two possible reasons:

  • 1. JavaScript is disabled on your desktop and/or
  • 2. Your firewall software is interfering with the site functionality.

  • 1. Click on 'Tools'.
