Bosch Dryer Parts
Your Bosch dryer makes life smoother by making it so easy to keep your clothes clean and ready to wear. When you hear a noise coming from your dryer, chances are there's some loose change rattling around that you forgot to take out of a pocket. If that's not the case, try some of these troubleshooting tips to locate the source of the strange noise and make any needed repairs.
Check the Dryer Drum Support Rollers
Sometimes the dryer's drum makes noise because it's not rotating smoothly. Check the drum shaft or fasteners to see if you can make adjustments that stop the noise. If you see damage to the rollers, you can find replacements among the dryer repair parts available at Sears PartsDirect.
Inspect the Dryer Blower Fan Blade
If you hear a rattling or banging noise from your dryer, expand your dryer troubleshooting to the fan. The noise could very well be caused by a damaged dryer blower fan blade. If the blade is damaged or broken, it needs to be replaced.
Replace the Idler Pulley
If you hear a squeaking noise coming from your dryer, possibly the problem lies with the idler pulley. This small part creates the friction needed for the dryer's drive belt to grip the motor and the dryer's drum. The dryer idler pulley can't be lubricated when squeaking because any oil or other lubricant used is likely to attract lint, which can then attach itself to clothes. Instead, choose a new idler pulley from among the many Bosch repair parts at Sears PartsDirect.
