Question and Answers

Q:

NEED TO REPLACE THE LED LIGHTS ON THE "CEILING" OF THE FRESH FOOD COMPARTMENT OF MY 42"GE SIDE BY SIDE FRIGE ZISS420DXASS

A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com. I regret to hear that you are having issues with your fridge and do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. Im looking at your model number ZISS420DXASS and the entire board will need to be replaced. If the lights are not working at all, the board is bad not the led lights, requiring the entire board to be replaced. If you have a mutlimeter you are able to test and make sure that you are in fact getting power to the board. If you are getting power to the board the board is bad. If no power it is possible that the main control board is bad. If you have further questions please resubmit your question for further information.

Thank you for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com.
