Thanks for contacting ManageMyLife.com. On your Zenith TV there is no Internet capability. To get Netflix you would need an external item like a newer BluRay player or game console (Xbox, PS3, or Wii) that has the Internet capability either through wired or wireless connection to get Netflix. As long as your TV is connected to one of these that has the Internet and the Netflix application you will be able to sign in and use it. I do hope this helps.

Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using ManageMyLife.com.

Hello Kimberly,

Note: Working on a TV can be difficult and dangerous due to the high voltage circuits inside. Always remember to unplug any TV before trying to service it and if unsure of the proper procedures, seek the service of a trained professional.

I'm sorry to hear that your television will not stay on and I would like to assist you. There are several things that can cause an issue like this, but determining the cause of the problem will take extensive electronic testing and there are a lot of very dangerous voltages that drive the plasma panel, in your television. I strongly suggest contacting a local television service center or following this link: Sears Home Services to arrange a repair with a Sears television technician.

Please let me know if you would like any further assistance.
