That F0 indicates that the electronic clock control board detects a stuck button on the control panel. You will normally need to replace the control panel to fix that type of problem. The control panel does not appear to be available as a replacement part for that model. You can verify that information on this page: Control Panel Parts for Jenn Air Dual Oven WW2780W . Since the control panel is no longer available, you may need to replace that range.
