You will approach this in much the same way as you would a line trimmer. I have attached a link below to a video showing how to do this on a line trimmer. The machine in the video is not exactly like yours, but it's close enough to where you'll be able to get the idea and get this taken care of.

You may not need to remove it from the frame. The way it's shown in the drawing, it looks like you can leave it on the frame.
