Hello glad to help.  Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com

I am sorry and do understand your frustration when getting the code LE on your washer.

The LE code stipulates that it detects a locked rotor.  It tells me 2 things to give you to look at.  Says make sure the swasher is not being overloaded and Make sure no foreign object (such as a bra wire) is sticking through the basket, preventing the basket from turning.

If these solutions aren't working and still get the LE code, there may be an intrernal failure with the appliance and time to get a service man out there.

Wish you much luck.  If you have further questions please let me know.
Thanks for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com

Thank you for using ManageMyLife.com. I am sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with the LG, I know how frustrating that can be.

The LE error code refers to a locked motor error. Since you have replaced the hall sensor assembly, and presuming you've checked the electrical connectors between the stator and main PWB, and checked for anything caught in between the spin basket and the outer tub causing it not to spin freely, then the stator may be a logical choice.

For convenience, I have included a checklist below for the LE error code and possibilities on what may be causing it.

If you would feel more confident have a Sears Home Service technician help assist with the diagnosis/repair, click here to be directed to the page to set up service.

If you have any further questions or inquiries, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you for using ManageMyLife.com.

Thanks for the information on your washer model wm2032hw; sorry you are having a problem. Based on your description there could be a few causes for the not draining issue.  I see that you cleaned the filter, but I would suggest checking the sump hose that feeds the water to the pump from the wash tub. It is possible that something is clogging this hose keeping water flow to pump restricted. Remove the sump from the pump end and use a flashlight to look into it, if you see clogs use a wire hook to grab and pull debris out. (A coat hanger fashioned will do) It sound like the pump motor is working but if you find no restrictions in water path you should check to see if motor is receiving voltage and is actually running during drain mode.  You will need a high quality volt/ohm meter to test this. If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services.Ron H.

Here is the model # & serial # of my washer & dryer: Washer Model #: WM2487HWM Washer Serial #: 706KWXD01002 Dryer Model #: DLE7177WM Dryer Serial #: 705KWTA06649 The adapter is sold by Sears Parts Direct and is not returnable. The part # is: AAA30793428. The Sears salesperson where I purchased the LG WDP4W pedestals is telling me I don't need these adpaters, but I don't want to find out in the middle of installing them that this salesperson was wrong. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for submitting your question. The pedestal that goes to your washer and dryer is model number WDP3W on the LG web site and item number 02651022000 on our Sears.com web site. It's the same item. Here is the pedestal installation manual . It appears that the pedestals will come with their own hardware and the adaptor is not needed after reading through the installation guide. I hope this information helps. Thank you for choosing Manage My Life.

I don't understand. The product that you mentioned above (02651022000) is a Kenmore correct? There is apparently an issue based on the age of my washer 2007 and earlier, which require the WDP3W. However, the salesman at the outlet store that is selling the WDP4W for a great price is telling me that I can use this newer model pedestal without an adapter whereas LG is telling me that I do need the adapter. Who is right?

What I need to know is whether I need an adapter to attach the WDP4W pedestal to my washer (Washer Model #: WM2487HWM Washer Serial #: 706KWXD01002). Please help me verify this so that when I get ready to install the WDP4W pedestals, I have the right adapter on hand. Thanks!

When looking at your product information for your washer the WDP3W and WDP4W is what was listed for the pedestal. I just gave you the first one because both will work. The instructions for the WDP3W states all the hard will come with the pedestal for installation and the adapter kit is not listed as being needed. This however is LG's product, so I would go off the information LG is providing you because they are the manufacture.

Hello Fellow LG Buyers. I understand your aggravation and frustration. I have an LG DLG5932W (DRYER) AND A WM2032HW (WASHER) that I purchased in 2004. I finally decided to purchase the pedestals for them and was very excited when I got them. Then when my husband and I tried to connect the W/D to the pedestals, we realized the white connectors cannot be used to hold our W/D in place because the W/D doesn't have the holes underneath where the white connectors are supposed to slide into. After painstakingly searching the web, I finally found the answer for us. I am adding a picture of the Adaptor Kit you will need in order to hold your W/D in place to the WDP4 pedestals. I've seen the price on line for about $5.99. I am also providing a link to an LG Manual I found that will show you how the ADAPTOR KIT AAA30793428 should be attached to your W/D and pedestals. I hope the link works and I HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL !
