Washer repair Wjsr2070b0ww

Thanks for contacting I understand how frustrating it is having trouble with your washer not working properly. We are here to help. Based on the symptom, I suspect a bad mixing valve or timer. If the water is slowly filling the tub with water when the cycle is over, most likely the mixing valve is bad. The valve is not closing properly allowing water to enter the washer. This may caused by sediment in the valve or it is sticking. Replacing the water valve should solve the problem. The part number for the mixing valve is WH13X10024. However, if water is spraying into the washer at the end of the cycle, most likely the timer is bad. The contact inside the timer is making a electrical connection. The electrical connection is causing the mixing valve to open and the washer fills with water. Replacing the timer should fix the problem. The timer part number is WH12X10149. The top portion of the image below, shows how to open the washer. I hope this helps.
