Q:

Whirlool Washer WFW94HEXW0 assistance WFW94HEXW0

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

I am sorry to hear of the issue you're having with the washer not starting. I know how frustrating that is to have happen.

I do not see error code E06 being a valid error for this model of washer. The error codes would resemble a format like F6E2. None of the error codes end with an E06.

If the unit is not starting, it's likely due to one of the electronic control boards not communicating to the other boards. It could be an issue with a shorted relay, or an unsecure wiring connection. In situations such as this, we would recommend having a service technician assist with the diagnosis and repair.

If you would feel more confident having a Sears Home Service technician help assist with the diagnosis/repair, you can call 1-800-469-4663, or
click here to be directed to the page to set up service.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

Q:

Error codes F01 E02? WFW94HEXW0 Whirlpool Washer

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears, I will be more than happy to assist you with your Whirlpool washer.

Based off the error codes you are receiving, it looks to me like you’re having some type of issue with the (MCU) Motor control unit. There’s either some connectors that may have been disconnected from all the shaking and spinning of the washer or you have a bad MCU and need to have it replaced to get rid of the error codes. I have located the part for you, which is part number W10374126. The MCU is located inside the washer,  at the bottom back right of the machine. You can access this by removing the back panel of the washer. if you click here you will see what the actual part looks like and the cost.

I hope you found this information helpful. Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.

Q:

HELP!! MY WHIRLPOOL WASHER WFW94HEXW0 HAS A ERROR CODE

A:

Thank you for submitting your question. I understand your concern and I will be happy to assist you. The F6E1 error code indicates that communication between the main control board and the motor control unit is not being sent correctly. One of the control boards would need to be replaced. You could also be experiencing a wiring issue. Make sure the wiring connects to the boards are secure and that the front panel for the washer is securely installed. This can be difficult to diagnose between the two boards and I recommend scheduling for service, so that a qualified technician can determine which part needs to be replaced. You can schedule for service online with our Sears Home Services team. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
