Q:

Whirlpool front load dryer making squealing noise WED9150WW0 Whirlpool 27" electric dryer

A:

Thank You for contacting SearsPartsDirect.com. I do apologize for the delay in answering your question

Based on the information you have provided, it sounds like an issue with either the motor pulley or the idler pulley. Sounds like they only squeal with they are either cold or before they get up to proper speed.

If you need further assistance, please resubmit your question with additional details. Thanks for visiting SearsPartsDirect.com

Thank you for your request for manuals for the washer and dryer.

The part number for the manual for the washer is: W10252714.

The part number for the manual for the dryer is: W10270752.

Because these are new and under warranty you can call 1-800-4MY-HOME and ask for them to send the manuals to the customer.

You will need to give the customers phone and then verify the address for the customer and they will send the customer the manuals.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.

A:

From the description you give the problem might be with the front seal, drum rollers or idler pulley/belt.

I'd check the belt and idler pulley first.

You can check the front seal by removing the front panel.

You would need to remove the drum to access and check the drum rollers.

The images below should help you with this. Remember to unplug the dryer first.

I hope this information is helpful to you. You can reply with any additional details or questions for further assistance.
