Hi,

Thanks for contacting ManageMyLife. I understand how frustrating it is having trouble with your product not working correctly.

If the motor is not starting, that sounds like the thermal fuse, which is located on the blower housing.  It has two blue wires on it and if the blower melted that would be the fault.  You can get good access from the rear of the dryer, by removing the large rear panel, while the dryer is disconnected from the wall outlet.    Ohm the thermal fuse out and if it shows open replace the thermal fuse.

Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance. We are always here to help.

Thank you for using ManageMyLife.com.

Where can I find a Thermal Fuse at, would it be something I need to order online or would a local Hardware/Appliance store have it? Also, would that fuse keep the dryer from spinning...My Husband hung a wet wash cloth over the sencing strips inside the dryer and it changed to the wet detection light but it still didn't spin, but the dryer is heating up.

Yes the thermal fuse is what would stop the motor from running. It is a safety for the dryer and prevents the heat from causing a fire. The fuse can be ordered at the link provided above. The solution is to check the vent to the outside and the lint screen and make sure the air fronm the drum is getting to the outside without a clog. You could purchase a thermal fuse at a appliance parts store. Sensing will have nothing to do with the motor running. Please keep me posted on this thread.
