I am having the same problem...I can not get the grey plastic part out to replace the part. My start button is broken. I have removed everything (the green electrical part and the knob) except this grey part that i need removed. It seems that the front portion---where the words are written must come off to replace the grey portion of the part that is broken. I tried clicking on the instructions that you have a link for but they are to small to see and when i try to inlarge they become blurry. any help would be great!!
