Thanks for the information about your dryer mode WED6400SB0; sorry you are having a problem, I will be glad to assist you with this. Based on your description of the problem I would first check the dryers door switch, if the switch is malfunctioning or the door is not closing properly it could cause this problem. There are of course other components that are possible causes and when testing out electronics I strongly recommend calling for an experience technician equipped with the proper tools and testing equipment.
