Hello glad to help.  Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com

I am sorry and do understand your frustration when the washing machine isn't rinsing or draining.

I suspect the problem is with the drain pump itself since  you have checked all the hoses.  The drain pump will fix the drain problem and then most likely the spin will work. It looks like the coil in the pump is gone that is why you hear the humming.

I have included a link to our PartsDirect page where you can purchase the part you need to complete your repair. Just click the blue link below to be taken to the page.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting ManageMyLife. I understand how frustrating it is having trouble with your appliance not working.

The power goes directly to the control board from the wall outlet.  There are many things that could cause the power to be pulled down after the board and some of the things are the pump and the motor.  Due to the complexity of the washer and the difficulty of the repair I would recommend that you have a service technician out to troubleshoot and repair the problem.

Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance. We are always here to help.

Thank you for using ManageMyLife.com.

Bill
