What's wrong with picture on my Mitsubishi T.V.?

A:

It must be hard on the eyes having to watch the screen bouncing up and down when you turn on the Mitsubishi television. Can you be more specific, like does it stop after it warms up? I have provided a link to the owners manual that may help with adjustments, also another link that may help with problems with the picture.

A:

There are a few internal components that can be replaced, capacitor C2P05 and IC IC2P01, which will typically fox the issue. To replace these parts soldering equipment and skills are required. The electronic boards would have to be removed from the TV and the components removed and ne ones soldered into place.

Actually it is more like i turn the tv on and than after it warms up it seems to bounce, i turn it off for a while to let it cool, and than turn it back on and after a while it starts bouncing again!

when my tv first comes on ,the screen acts as if theres no cable hooked to it ,just a few minutes the screen clears up then JUMPS like it wants to roll over.

Most common issue would be 2 9 volt regulators on what is called the signal board. The regulators are no longer available. The signal board is also not available. A local shop might be able to repair the board, but a repair for this issue would cost from $300-500 depending on the parts needed.
