A warming refrigerator section does cause concern. While you wait for the expert to review this model, I did locate a similar question that may have some ides. I attached below, along with the link to Sears Home Services if a technician is needed. I hope these help.

I am so sorry to hear that the top part of the refrigerator is not keeping your food cold. There are a few things to look at. I would recommend testing the door gasket first. To do this close the door on a piece of paper with enough of the paper sticking out for you to pull it out. It should not be easy to remove. Test the gasket in several places. If the sheet pulls out easily in some areas, then the seal needs to be replaced. I have included the link to order the gasket for you.

If the gasket is okay, the next step would be to see if the thermostat setting has been accidently changed. If it is at the wrong setting, correct it and then wait around 12 hours. (It can take that long for the refrigerator temperature to adjust.) Next clean the condenser coils. On your model they are on the bottom behind the toe grille. When they are dirty, the refrigerator has to work harder to cool the air. They should be brushed out at least once every 6 months. If you have indoor pets that shed hair, then every 3 months. I have included the link to order the cleaning brush. It comes with instructions.

Another thing that can cause a part of the refrigerator to be warmer in one section that the rest is if there is too much food blocking the vents. Try moving food away from the damper control and the return. Wait 12 hours and see if the top section is now cooling.

You mentioned that you have already replaced the defrost thermostat.  You might want to test the new thermostat to see if it is defective. Have you tested the defrost control? It works with the defrost thermostat and should be checked also. Next, check to see that there is proper ventilation in the refrigerator. The air is cooled in the freezer section. The cooled air passes to the refrigerator section via the damper control. If the damper is faulty, then the cooled air may not get to the top of the refrigerator section. There is also an air return in the lower section of the refrigerator. If that is blocked the warmer air cannot move over to the freezer section to be cooled. In case the damper is not opening and closing properly or the return is faulty, I have included the links for them also.
