Our Sears Technican shared that if you always drop a couple of regular cubes after using the crushed ice setting it will prevent ice jams and it clears the chute.That solved our problem. Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem. You did not state if it delivers cubes when crushed is selected or if it only works when cubes are selected. This could be a dispenser control problem, the cube solenoid could be stuck or something can be jamming the gate (# 328 in picture) in the crusher housing and keeping it open. Pull the ice bin out and check the arm (# 329) under it that attaches to the gate, to see if it's moving freely. If the gate is free and closing, check the solenoid behind the bucket that the arm fits in. Make sure it's free to move up and down. If it's stuck, the solenoid # WR62X58 will need to be replaced. If these checks are ok, the most likely problem will be with the dispenser module # WR55X129 but some voltage checks would need to be made to determine for sure. A technician may be needed to make these checks. If you have a meter and feel confident that you can safely make these checks, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.
