Hello George,

I'm sorry to hear that your TV is failing to turn on and blinking a code. Your model is designed to provide a failure diagnostic code to assist the repairman. The problem with your code is that it technically doesn't exist. 10 blinks is the highest and 13 is unknown. This is likely to be a microcontroller failure and will require the replacement of the A board, however other components may be the cause too. Televisions are not user serviceable due to the extremely high and dangerous voltages that are developed to drive the panel. I suggest you contact Sears Home Services to arrange a Sears service technician to perform the diagnosis and repair.

Please let me know if you would like any further assistance.

That's about par for me - finally find out it's necessary to count the blinks and then I come up with '13,' an unknown code. Paid way too much for this TV. I'm thinking a new one will probably cost less than the fix and that's what 'they're' probably counting on. Just watched it again and yes, it's blinking 13 times and then pausing 3 secs. and repeating 13.

Based on the model number you provided the power supply part number should be TXN/P10NGCS. I also show that there might be more to the model number. There could be a letter after the model number and if so that could affect the part number. If you could check and make sure there is nothing past the model number you provided. The part numbers you provide go to model TC32LX50 and TC32LX70.

Thank you for the information. I just looked at the back of the TV and you are right. When it is printed for a second time at the bottom of the sticker they include the letter N. So is it TC-32LX85N?
