Thank you for your question and I understand your concern. If there is no voltage present at the water inlet valve then it could have faulty safety float switch, loose wire connection in the water valve circuit, or a faulty timer. Check and make sure that the safety float dome is not stuck in the raised position. If the float is stuck in the up position, the float switch will break the voltage/circuit to your water valve.

Based on your details, I must assume you know how to safely check voltage. Place one meter lead on the white wire at the water inlet valve connector and then start placing the other meter lead on the terminals of the float switch and continue checking the circuit for voltage all the way up to the timer for voltage. Note: Make sure the timer is set in fill mode or you will not show any voltage.
