The parts images below show the components of the burners on that main top of the range. I am not sure which component is falling through that main top according to your description. If the burner cap (KEY 10 in the first image) is falling through that main top then you may need to replace that trim ring (KEY 14) in or the burner pan (KEY 8). You can order parts from the Sears PartsDirect website. If you are having a problem with a different component and/or you need more help, reply with additional details and we will try to assist you further.

NOTE: If that main top is corroded and causing this failure then you will probably not be able to fix this problem. That main top does not appear to be available any longer as a replacement part. You would need to replace the range in that situation.
