I know that it can be very difficult to have issues with your washer. There are several different things that can cause this to happen. These include the timer, the motor, the belt, the brake, or the transmission. The image below will provide the basic troubleshooting for the unit. I would suggest you check all of these things first. If you need to test any of the voltage, you will be looking for 120 vac. If you don't feel comfortable doing this yourself, please click on this link to schedule service: Sears Home Services. Hello Tami,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having troubles and I would like to assist you with your washer leak. The first thing to do is to open the cabinet and verify where the water is coming from. Be sure to unplug the washer prior to diagnosing or repairing it! On the lower front panel remove the two screws that are towards the bottom on either side. That will gain access the lower part of the interior of the cabinet. You can then determine if the water leak is coming from higher up inside. From the description of the issue, I think that it is likely a leak from one of the hoses or other water delivery items from up above. I have included a diagram that will instruct you on how to remove the front panels and the top.

Please let me know what you find and I'll be happy to assist you further.
