Q:

cd,s are inside SA-PM11 Panasonic Tabletop system

A:

 Hi,

Thanks for contacting  ManageMyLife. I understand how frustrating it is having trouble with your appliance.

Can you hear the motor for the carousel tray try to operate to go to a selected disc or is the tray carousel quiet?  I suspect the tray motor is faulty and if so you could have it repaired in a take-in shop.  This can be costly and if you unplug the unit from the wall and reset the processor and still cannot get the disc out you will need to break the tray and carousel to remove the disc.

Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance. We are always here to help.

Thank you for using ManageMyLife.com.
