I did not find an owner's manual for this older range. That manual would normally show the procedure for replacing that light. I did find some service information that may help you replace that fluorescent light bulb. The image below shows a procedure for replacing the light on that type of range. Be sure that you unplug the range to disconnect electrical power (or shut off the house circuit breaker) before access that light bulb.
