The fan on that range will be audible but it is difficult to tell whether it is abnormal without physically being there to hear it. It will normally make a dull humming noise. The exact location of that blower fan is shown in the image below. If it is louder than a dull hum, you may want to replace it. You can order that fan from the Sears PartsDirect website. The part number for that fan is W10016550. Here is a direct link for that part: Blower . Shut off the house circuit breaker for the range and then lift the cook top to access that fan.
