Thanks for the information on your range model RS630pxk0. I will be glad to assist with this issue. You have replaced the bake element and have indicated that the broil element works fine. Based on that information I would suspect that the oven control (thermostat) may have been damaged when the element shorted out. _Always disconnect power supply before servicing the appliance and when testing live voltage be sure to wear proper safety equipment (gloves and eye protection) also be aware of sharp metals on product_First set the clock timer controls so they are not set to timed bake, they should be on manual bake. Some times this is the only issue. Next if needed:Find the wire that leaves the control and goes to the element, you will see one wire for the bake element and one for the broil element, and a set of line wires that supply the voltage that must pass through the control to supply one leg of the 240 volts ac needed to power the element. Disconnect power to range and, Try reversing the bake and broil wires only and turn control to broil, Reapply power, if the bake comes on you will know the control is bad. If the bake does not come on with wires reversed you will need to track the wire to bake element and look for damage to the wire. (After testing be sure to reconnect wires to proper original terminal location.)  I have researched your model and have been unable to locate a wiring diagram at this time. If you do not feel confident in performing this task, you will need to call for service. If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services. Ron H.
