Q:

how do i replace the oven thermostat RGS-366 Dcs (dynamic Cooking Systems) Gas range

A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com. I regret to hear that you are having issues with your range and do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. Im looking at your model number RGS-366 to replace the oven thermostat, you should disconnect the power to the range. Remove the knobs for the surface burners and remove the panel behind the knobs. The thermostat is held to the mount with 2 screws. The sensing bulb of the thermostat has to be run to the rear of the range and into the oven cavity. This should be a fairly easy job. I have included a link to our PartsDirect page where you can purchase the part you need to complete your repair. Just click the blue link above to be taken to the page.

If you have further questions please let me know.
Thanks for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com

To replace that door hinge, you will need to remove the oven door. The second image below shows how to lock that hinge and pull the oven door off. NOTE: That oven door is heavy. Two people may be required when lifting that door off of the range.

Place the oven door on a padded surface.

The first image below shows a parts diagram for the oven door. You will need to use that diagram as a guide for replacing the door hinge. You should be able to access the hinge by removing the screws at the top and the bottom of that door. You will need to rely on your personal observation of the oven door and the diagram shown below to access and replace that door hinge.

I hope that this information helps. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician replace that door hinge, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services .
