Q:

Leaf blower flex pipe RGBV3100 Ryobi Blower

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
Unfortunately, I do not show that Ryobi RBGV3100 uses a flexible pipe, and I do not have one to recommend for that model. You mention another model of RYO8576 that we do not recognize as a model, even though I do see references for it online. I would recommend searching for a parts list for that model online to see if you can identify the flexible pipe part number. From there, you can plug the part number into Sears Parts to see if we stock the part.
Thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

Q:

I need a diagram on how gas lines are connected on a ryobi rgbv3100 mulching blower vacuum.

A:

I know how important it is to have wiring diagrams when making a major repair on your appliance. While you are waiting for an expert answer, I know that only the expert can provide you with a wiring diagram specific for your model. I did manage to find a link in where you can enter your model number and a parts list diagram will pop up, I hope my link is useful.

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry we do not have fuel line diagrams for this blower but I will try to help. If you have one large fuel line and one smaller, it eliminates some chance for error. If you have 2, small fuel lines to the carburetor connect them and start the engine. Reversing the fuel lines will not prevent the engine from starting. If you have them connected backwards, the engine will start and die. Reverse them and you will be correct.

The routing of the fuel lines vary from model to model. Keep in mind that the primer bulb circulates fuel from the tank, through the carburetor, and back into the fuel tank. One line goes from the fuel tank to the carburetor. One line goes from the fuel tank to the primer bulb, from the primer bulb to the carburetor, and back to the fuel tank.

Be careful to not put a fuel line too near a hot place on the engine. If the gas is overheated it will vapor lock and stop fuel flow. Be aware of anything that could rub or vibrate against a fuel line and cause a leak.

I have added a sketch of how the fuel lines should be connected.

Please let me know if you need further assistance on the repair.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired by a Sears technician. Here is a link that will provide the nearest drop-off locations: Sears Home Services .

The engine on your blower should have 2 fuel lines. The fuel line with the filter is the fuel supply line. There should be a larger diameter line that connects to the carburetor and returns the fuel to the fuel tank when you press the primer.

I am sending you an image of a routing diagram for the fuel lines.

You can get the part number and price of the fuel return line and order the part at [www.partsdirect.com?sid=MMLxexpertxmerch].
