The theory of operation for the ignition system in the oven is shown in the first image below. Here is a video that illustrates that process: Gas Ignition Operation . I recommend that you check to see if that bake igniter glows when you set the oven in the bake mode. If it does, then the bake igniter will probably need to be replaced since it is not heating properly even though it glows.

If the bake igniter does not glow, then you could have a bad bake relay on the control board, a failed igniter, a bad safety gas valve or a wiring failure in that bake circuit. The second image shows a wiring diagram for your range with that bake circuit traced in yellow. If you have a volt/ohm meter, you can unplug the range and check the continuity through the igniter and the bake side of the safety gas valve. You should measure between 20 and 400 ohms through the igniter. You should measure between 1 and 5 ohms through the bake portion of the safety gas valve. If both of those components are okay, I recommend that you check the wiring between those components. You can check for continuity between the yellow and the white wires that connect to the control board to test the wiring in that bake circuit. The third image shows how to open the console (with the range unplugged ). You should measure between 20 and 400 ohms through that circuit. If the wiring is okay, then you will probably need to replace the electronic oven control board in the console.

You can order parts from this page: Hotpoint Range Model RGB745WEH6WW Parts . Be sure that you unplug the range before accessing internal components and replacing parts.

I hope that this information helps. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.
