Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the oven. First check to see if the igniter is glowing when the thermostat is turned on. It must glow red hot and it must also pull enough current/amperage (2.5 to 3.2 amps) before the oven safety gas valve will open to let gas out and ignite. Even though the igniter is new, the amp draw will need to be checked. If it is pulling at least 2.5 amps, the problem would then lead to the safety valve. If the igniter does not glow, the problem could then be with the thermostat, the safety valve or the igniter may be cracked. I hope this will help you.
