A:

Why is my gas range pilot light out and it will not re-light model #RGB508PEA6WH ?

If the oven will not heat, this is usually caused by a faulty igniter. The only way to confirm the diagnosis is to check the voltage to the igniter. If the igniter is getting 120 volts & is not coming on then you will need to replace the igniter. If the igniter is coming on then you need to check the current draw with an amp probe meter if you have access to one and you are comfortable performing the test. Remember to always use caution when working with voltage .The igniter has to draw enough current to trigger the gas valve to open. I recommend checking the igniter. Other possibilities could be a faulty gas valve or wiring harness problem.

I recommend calling a technician to diagnose and repair your range.
