I'm looking at your model number RF263LXTQ3 and from your description I  suspect that the electronic clock and timer controller has failed. A clear indication is that the top burners are still working and if neither of the burners in the oven work. The part is no longer available however you are able to have your part repaired. Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Based on your symptom and details, the burner switches will need to be replaced. The burner switches are supposed to control the surface elements.

 

  • The left front burner switch is part #3149400
  • The left rear burner switch is part #3148952 
 
In order to access and replace the burner switches will require disconnecting the power cord from the power source before servicing. 
 
Remove the two knobs and the screws that were hidden behind the knobs. Remove the panel from behind  the control panel to access the burner switches. Remove one wire at a time from the old and reconnect it to the new switch on the same labeled terminal.
 
The burner switches can be ordered from SearsPartsDirect.
