Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern about the keypad. The information you have received about the keypad for this older model is correct. It's no longer available and there is no sub listed for it. The keypad you have listed does not show to be a replacement and there would really be no way of knowing if it would work, unless it was actually connected and checked. Now, that may be another factor to see if the connections would even fit. Again, there is no way of knowing this without actually trying. A chance can be taken to see if it works and I would recommend having a technician check this first. Also many electronic parts are not returnable, so I would recommend checking about this also. I hope this will help you.

I'm sorry you are having this problem. This appears to be a control board failure. First, I recommend disconnecting the power to the range for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. This will reset the control board. If it still won't respond and there is no error code indicating a problem, the control # RFR-CCS will need to be replaced. It's available at SearsPartsDirect . I hope this will help you. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
