Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The link Joseph P. provided will not pertain to your model oven.

The "F2/E3" fault code implies a key pad was held down too long, or the touch panel has a stuck of shorted key pad.

Since it beeps randomly I would suspect a faulty key pad and the complete control panel will need to be removed and replaced however, the control panel assembly with key pad is NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
