Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

If the oven is getting the proper voltage supply (220), the thermal fuse is likely faulty. I recommend confirming the voltage supply before disconnecting and testing the thermal fuses for continuity.

The thermal fuses are located behind the upper and rear oven. The oven will need to be pulled out. There be back cover that will need to be removed in order to access the thermal fuses. The fuses might be a resettable if it has red or black button sticking out from the center to push and reset. If it does not have a reset button, the fuse will have to be replaced. NOTE: Disconnect the power supply from the oven before servicing.
