thanks....I just checked to see if that case is the same as mine and I DO have 120 coming in on the black and white....so according to the tech that answered this question....it seems that the circuit board is bad.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

If the thermal fuse is open between the line one (L1) voltage supply and P7-1, the oven control will not power up. Based on your details, the thermal fuse is open which is breaking the L1 voltage supply to the control board transformer. Replace the thermal fuse and your oven control will most likely power up.

NOTE: Disconnect the range from the power source before accessing and replacing the thermal fuse.
