Hi,

Thank you for your question. It is concerning when the refrigerator is not functioning correctly.

First let me say the pictures on the parts list are generic and not always exactly what you get. Is the ice bucket part number WR17X11304 what you are ordering? If so they should just slide on out and slide the new in. Sounds like you are dealing with some of the parts inside the bin, like the auger and if so I recommend you order the complete ice bucket. That is the part number listed above. If you are trying to replace the parts inside the bucket let me know on the thread below.

Thank you for your question. Replacing some parts can be a challenge sometimes. First, disconnect the power. The auger motor (# 369 in picture) is located behind the ice bucket. Remove the bucket and you will see the motor cover (# 361) which will need to be removed. With the cover loose you can pull it out and see the motor on the opposite side. Remove the nut (# 366) holding the auger drive (# 365) and now remove the screws holding the auger motor in place (see second image). I hope this will help you.
