Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the new icemaker. The icemaker listed is the correct replacement. If the icemaker was just installed, it may take a few hours to cycle the first time. A good way to check this icemaker and water valve will be to cycle it manually. I'm attaching a picture with instructions to manually cycle this icemaker. If it does cycle and fill, it will indicate that either the icemaker thermostat is not closing or the temperature in the freezer is not cold enough (below 12 degrees) to cycle the icemaker. This process will also speed up the process for the next cycle if it works now. I hope this will help you.
