Your problem with the bake burner is likely caused by a weak ignitor (part 5303935066). The theory of operation for that burner assembly in the oven is shown in the image below. It is likely that the resistance of the ignitor is not decreasing to a point where the safety gas valve will open properly and stay open. Replacing that component will probably fix this failure in your oven.

Be sure that you unplug the range and shut off the gas supply before accessing internal components.
