I know that it can be very difficult to have issues with the spray arms. If you are getting water to both the lower and the upper spray arms, but not the middle, then the middle spray arm has failed. Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Based on your symptom I would suspect a faulty drain pump. The dishwasher will likely have to be pulled out and laid on its back in order to remove and replace the drain pump.

I added an image below with the procedure for removing the drain pump. Reverse the procedure to install the drain pump.

The drain pump is part #154580301 which can be ordered from Sears PartsDirect .
