You will need to remove the burner to access the ignitor that is not sparking. Usually the ignitor has cracked and is arcing through the insulator instead of at the tip. I am sending some images showing how to remove the burners. You should order the burner removal tool to remove the burner.

Disconnect the power to the range before removing the burners.

The manufacturer no longer makes this part and has not provided a suitable substitute that may used in its place. I also tried multiple site to see if they had the part but unfortunately no one did, you best chance would be to check the local mom and pop stores in your area.
