Those orifices appear to the ones that you will need to convert the range back to natural gas. I posted the LP conversion instructions in the image below. You can check the markings on those orifices to make sure that they are the natural gas orifices for the range. The oven burner will need to be adjusted as noted in the document below. The regulator will also need to be converted to the natural gas setting. If those are the natural gas orifices on the back of the range then you should not need any additional parts to complete that conversion.
