Thank you for your question.I am sorry you are having a problem with the treadmill. I know the ground wire can be tricky. The rear adjusting bolt goes into the hole in the end cap. Next through the eyelet in the end of the ground wire. Finally the bolt goes into the rear roller. The image below shows the order the parts should go together. Click on the image to enlarge it. The other end of the wire is attached to the frame by a screw. The image shows the screw is on the top of the frame behind the end of the board. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
