Question and Answers

Q:

plastic plate that the mullion is screwed into. PFSF2MIXBWW

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when needing a part for your Refrigerator. I did look into the model number you have provided and I have found the mullion assembly. I did look at the photo and it does show that there is a plastic bracket or piece that connects to it to screw onto the door. If that is not the piece you are looking for then it would be a piece that is connected to the door itself, in which, may not be sold separately. I would recommend calling our customer care team at 18004MYHOME and see if they are able to submit a research on if the part is separate or with the mullion assembly.

Thank you for your question. Have a great day.

Q:

How do I find a part for my GE refrigerator?

A:

The lower basket bracket #19 is what screws to the inside of the freezer door & supports the basket when you open the freezer door. I do not find anything that looks like plastic or would be an edge protector type devise. If the basket bracket has something plastic it is not shown in the parts breakdown image. You may need to order the complete bracket. If you will resubmit with a digital photo of the part you need we will be glad to further assist you.
