Q:

Where can I locate replacement wheels for my bottom rack? PDW998L00SS

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
You may be having an issue pulling up the provided model on SearsPartsDirect.com because you are missing a 0 after the 8. The model should be PDW9980L00SS.
Based upon that model number, I was able to locate the lower rack wheels. The part number is WD12X10136. They are sold individually, so you will need to order a quantity of 5.
For convenience, I have provided a blue link below that you may click on to be directed to the PartsDirect page to view and purchase the needed wheels.

I know that it can be very difficult to have problems with your dishwasher. When the start light is flashing this is usually an indicator that the control panel senses that the cycle has been interrupted. This can be caused by the door being opened or a component may have malfunctioned. I would suggest that you try resetting the panel. Disconnect the dishwasher from the power and leave it off for 1 minute. Then reconnect the power and press the cancel button twice, then restart a new cycle. If the sound and the start light begins to flash, I would recommend that you have a technician diagnose and repair the problem.
