Hello glad to help.  Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com

I am sorry and do understand your frustration when there is problems with the dishwasher.

Glad to help out.   Im  looking at your GE model number pdw7300j03bb.

You say the pump is working because it pumps the water out okay.  So may I ask is one of the spray arms working and the other one isn't?   Could be clogged ports in the spray arm if that is the case.  I would take one out, maybe soak in some warm water and see if the ports are clean or needs to be.

Check out also the sump buildup at the bottom of the dishwasher under the spary arm.  With the arm off, just spin it to the right and lift off.   Clean that out and put all back together and give it a try.  What causes these problems is hardwater build up.  Need to get some affresh cleaner which will keep these ports cleaned out to prevent this happening again, just using it twice a year.
