A new hard drive for Windows needs to have the Master Boot Record set. Your best bet is to 'clone' your old drive. Paragon offers free software to do that here, it's called: Backup & Recovery 2012 Free

I was not able to find a manual for it online.

A:

Treadmills use the frame as a conductor for the ground on some dc circuits. If you measure voltage between the motor controller positive terminal to the motor and ground, you will read around 50 volts dc when the treadmill is plugged in.

You should not use a GFI circuit for a treadmill. It is normal for the treadmill to trip a GFI circuit breaker.
